David J. Gardner’s Private Mentoring Program Options

We offer different programs depending on the degree to which access is needed:

Coverage Hours	8 am - 5 pm in participant's time zone	7 am - 7 pm in participant's time zone	24 hours/day
Coverage Days	Monday-Friday, except holidays	Monday-Friday, except holidays	Every day including holidays
Total cumulative calls or e-mails per week (no carryover from week to week)	5	10	No limit

Payment Terms:  Payments must be made in advance each month.  For mentoring clients signing up for 2-4 months, a 10% discount will be offered for full payment in advance.  For clients signing up for 5 or more consecutive months, a 15% discount is offered for full payment in advance.

Other Terms: 

o        Calls will be returned within 3 business hours; e-mails will be responded to the same day 

o        Faxes, mail, e-mailed documents, etc., will be reviewed and commented on within a 24-hour period.

o        If someone other than the private mentoring program participant is paying for this program, the person paying for the program may require feedback about progress, issues that arise, etc.  Should this be the case, the private mentoring program participant will be aware of the ground rules in advance. 

o        Timeouts: There will be no provisions for a “time-out” during a one-month mentoring interval.  However, if multiple months are arranged for, one time out period of not more than one month duration will be permitted.

o        This program is not offered in lieu of our normal consulting work.  For example, a mentor program participant may want something reviewed and commented on—that is within the bounds of this program.  However, if the participant wants something created by Dave Gardner, that request is beyond the scope of this mentoring program.  Also, there may come a time when the mentoring client requests a face-to-face meeting to assist with a challenge—this, too, would be beyond the scope of this program.

Getting Started in David J. Gardner’s Private Mentoring Program

• We need to know about your current situation as well as your goals and your expectations from working with us in the mentoring program.  Please contact us via phone, e-mail or mail defining your needs so we can determine whether or not we are capable of assisting with your unique needs. 

• If we can help, we will then determine when we can start the process with you.  Once payment is made (either by check or credit card), your private mentoring can commence.
